A lovely estate in lush grounds. Comfortable and quiet. Room interiors can be improved

Lush greenery and landscaping. Lovely estate. Good location. Historic feel of buildings around. The staff were helpful and attentive to address my concerns over the room. I appreciate the swift service recovery and the front desk offered a change to a much better room.

The room I was initially assigned felt really worn. A light bulk over bed was blown, the wood on much of the vanity counter and room TV table was chipped or warped. The shower cubicle floor was dirty and needed to be better cleaned. The general rooms in the curved long block feels aged and in need of refreshing. I was told the block is undergoing upgrading. Fortunately the sent housekeeping to fix the lights and clean shower floor. I appreciated that.

The rooms we got were comfortable, the location was an acceptable distance to the Sentosa bus stop and monorail station, and the ambience surrounded by greenery was refreshing.

The room turned very cold once the aircon was on and made little difference after adjusting to lower fan mode. Ended up sleeping without aircon. The TV channels were limited and features such as mirroring was not working despite trying to connect with different devices.

It may be cheaper than any hotel in Sentosa but I would not want to stay again due to security of my family

Security it horrible. From main reception to the room/ rooftop pool there is no security. I thought should have access card to to enter the guest level and pool.

Good place for group of friends and family

Calm and relaxed

In the room (we stay at villa number 7) they have insects full in our toilet at first night and we have to turn off all the light in the room, the hot water is not work on day 2 the machinists come to check it but cannot fix. The breakfast is doet have a lot of choice. It not valued for a 900$us per night to stay . Otherwise, the size of bedroom is too small, we cannot walk pass through each other in the room

Good for accessibility to attractions while being away from noisy resorts.

Location is great, walkable to most attractions, secluded away from beach noise. Sky pool view was amazing. Breakfast buffet extensive.

The property as a whole is a little ‘tired’ looking, needs some general maintenance and updating. Pool shower needs to be redone, and availability of room service and poolside food service was limited or not available.

Place is nothing to write home about but the bed was comfortable and bathtub works fine, so I’m happy.

Away from the city. Room is very spacious even though it is just a deluxe room.

Enjoyable.

The staffs were friendly and check in was easy. For check out wise, there is a "drop your key" box. When we notice that the hotel room that we were given initially couldn't lock the windows and we were weary of our toddler's safety, they initiated to change room for us. Walkable distance to USS and Sea aquarium. Very nice retreat for family's staycation

Even though we change our room, there is one side of the sliding window of balcony which couldn't be lock...hopefully, they do notice and get it fixed up. Other than that, the room is fine, clean and tidy!

property needs to be maintained better especially pool side

it was clean and the service was good

we have stayed here before but it doesn’t look like the property is being maintained properly, paid so much for 1 night n the shower head falls off, toilet seat cover is flimsy n moves cos it’s a cheap plastic material. The 2nd day, the power got cut off due to thunderstorms n we couldn’t get to order food or even call reception. we got connection after 1 hr

the place could do with some major renovation

staff friendly. lobby looks and feels better than the room

furnishing very dated. corridor had smell of smoke. walls quite thin, could hear people outside of the room laughing and talking. the toilet water pipe sound was reverberating throughout the room.

Total lack of communication

The property is very nice.

The lack of communication. I am still waiting more than 1 month for a deposit refund. I wrote several emails to the property just asking them to send me verification that the money for the deposit has been transferred back to my account, I wrote them via the booking.com app as well, and....NO ANY ANSWER FROM THEM AT ALL! I understand that overseas transactions are delayed sometimes, but I do not accept the lack of response from their side.

Wonderful location

This hotel was in a great location on Sentosa Island. The staff were all very helpful and we were even upgraded to a seaview balcony room so that we had early access to the room instead of having to wait for an hour or so to check in time.

The beds were really firm and we had difficulties sleeping at times due to this as we already had slightly sore backs. Also, there was some construction noises outside during the day and it was easy to hear everyone walking past our room while talking so not very soundproof or anything.
